MyDekela is operated by Dekela HR Services. The public website is available at app.dekela.com and the same address provides secure, invitation-only HR workspaces.

Strictly necessary storage
These items support security, authentication, navigation and your privacy choices. They do not require analytics consent and cannot all be disabled while using the secure portal.

Optional analytics cookies
If you accept analytics, we use Google Analytics 4 on the public MyDekela homepage, walkthrough page and this policy page. It helps us understand visits and whether a walkthrough enquiry was completed.
Google Analytics is not loaded on sign-in pages or inside authenticated employee, client or MyDekela administration workspaces. We do not send names, email addresses, employee record identifiers, HR case content or document information to Analytics.

Your choices
Analytics is off unless you choose to enable it. You can reject it and still use the public website and secure portal. You can also change your choice at any time; when analytics is withdrawn, MyDekela removes GA cookies it can access from this domain.
Other services
Some journeys may take you to a trusted service such as Stripe for secure billing. Those services operate their own pages and may use cookies under their own policies. MyDekela does not use Google Analytics to collect payment details.
